Offensive linemen continue to be a big theme with recent Pitt football recruiting.
In the last week, the Panthers staff have offered offers to 2023 offensive linemen- Phillip Daniels (Cincinnati, Ohio), Colin Van Rooy (Strongsville, Ohio), Johnathan Cline (Cartersville, Georgia), Nick Krahe (Erie, Pennsylvania) and Tai Ray (Apopka, Florida).

This morning, Pittsburgh Sports Now has learned of another lineman that Pitt is interested in adding to their Class of 2023.
3-star offensive tackle Ryan Carretta from St. Charles High School in Columbus, Ohio is among the players making an official visit to Pitt this week. The 6’5″, 315-pound lineman currently holds offers from Pitt, Michigan, Michigan State, Duke, Illinois, Iowa State, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisville, Marshall, Miami (OH), Purdue, Tennessee, Toledo, Akron, Central Michigan and West Virginia.
Ryan Manalac and Pitt were the first school to extend Carretta a D-1 offer back on January 29 of 2021. Carretta made an unofficial visit to Pitt back in November for their Thursday night game against North Carolina.
Carretta and Daniels are the two offensive lineman visiting Pitt this week.
