Michael Palmer has been hired as Pitt women’s basketball director of operations.
Palmer joins Lance White’s program after spending the last four seasons at Illinois, serving as the softball director of operations and director of soccer, swimming and diving operations.
“I am thrilled to add Michael Palmer to our staff as our Director of Basketball Operations,” said White. “He has expert knowledge of the operational side of college athletics and will be able to jump right in to help move our program forward. He is passionate about his work and brings a commitment to excellence. I am super excited to have him join our team.”
Along with Illinois, Palmer worked at Houston and as a graduate assistant at LSU.
