This week, the Pitt basketball staff shifted towards recruiting the class of 2024.
Extending four offers during the week, the staff prioritized these rising juniors who they have been able to communicate with for almost two months now.
The staff offered Jaeden Mustaf, a 6-foot-6 guard out of North Carolina, to kick off the week. Then came Caleb Williams, a 6-foot-7 sharp-shooting wing out of Washington D.C. After Williams, the Panthers dished out their most recent offers, to cousins Patrick Ngongba and Isaiah Abraham.
Ngongba is a 6-foot-10 forward, who is just the third forward in the class to receive an offer from Pitt. Abraham is a 6-foot-7 wing who has been hearing from Pitt for weeks and finally added the Panthers to his offer sheet this week.

With several big official visits coming up for the program with 2023 prospects, the staff now decided to take this beginning of August to identify and offer these skilled rising juniors. Pitt has now offered 16 players in the 2024 class, and has interest in 42 players total in the class. To view the entire PSN recruiting board, visit the link below.
