Pitt Drops To No. 23 In Latest AP Top 25 Rankings

Following an overtime loss to Tennessee, the Pitt Panthers have dropped in the latest AP Top 25 Rankings.

The Panthers have dropped 6 spots from No. 17 down to No. 23 in the just released national rankings.

The fact that a number of other teams behind them also lost helped Pitt remain ranked.

A few highlights of this week’s Top 25 are: 
*USC inching closer to the Top 5
*Kentucky cracking the Top 10
*Texas and Penn State moving into the Top 25
*Texas A&M dropping all the way down to No. 24 following their loss to Appalachian State.
