The Pitt football program has become an attractive prime time option for the ACC Network.
For the third time this season, Pitt will have an evening kickoff on the ACC Network.
The ACC Conference announced on Monday, that Pitt’s matchup next Saturday, Oct. 29 at North Carolina will have an 8 p.m. kickoff on the ACC Network. The Panthers game this Saturday at Louisville will also start at 8 p.m. on the ACC Network. Earlier this season, Pitt had games against Georgia Tech and Western Michigan in primetime.
Following the North Carolina game, Pitt’s last four games haven’t yet been given a kickoff time or television designation. The last 4 games are against Syracuse (Nov. 5), at Virginia (Nov. 12), vs. Duke (Nov. 19) and the season finale at Miami (Nov. 26).
North Carolina has a record of 6-1 and currently ranked No. 22 in the AP Top 25 Rankings.
Pitt won last season’s matchup by the score of 30-23 at Acrisure Stadium.
