Twitter Reaction to Pitt’s Loss to Louisville

Published

on

Pitt won many games last season because of the play from their quarterback.

Tonight, it’s safe to say that they didn’t win this game simply because of the play that they got from their quarterback.

Kedon Slovis was awful tonight and because of that, Pitt lost to Louisville, and likely blew their chance to repeat as ACC Champions.

Hiring Cignetti was a joke and Narduzzi knew what he was getting.. this guy has held 14 jobs in 23 years that should tell you something right there.. the only job that he held consistently is when he was a coach for his daddy over at IUP in the 90’s. This offense is a complete shit show. Jordan Addison saw this coming and was smart to get out of town. Sure do hope Kenny Minchey doesn’t decomit and head to ND but could you blame him?

Cignetti didn’t recruit Slovis. Cignetti is not the problem. Not changing the QB is the problem.

Is it Cignetti having run blocks sideline to sideline or Defenders running free to nail the QB? Worse there is no one near the OL like the DL has when they are off the field. Three of the four turnovers by the QB are indirectly because of the OL blocking Schemes. … Jared Wayne played well! It was good to see Dayon Hayes and RH Jr. out there! Ben Sauls nails kickoffs deep! … Gavin has to… Read more »

Cignetti is a good enough coach. It is the poor play of Slovis costing this team wins.

Who knew that Matt Canada wasn’t going to be the worst 2022 OC in Pittsburgh?
