Pitt-Virginia Set for Noon Kickoff in Charlottesville on November 12

After back-to-back primetime road games against Louisville and North Carolina, after a quick stop back at Acrisure Stadium, Pitt will kickoff against Virginia at noon on Nov. 12.

It’s just Pitt’s second noon kickoff of the season, and the contest will be televised on the ACC Network — with a broadcast team to be announced at a later date.

Virginia is in the midst of a difficult season, with conference-leading quarterback Brennan Armstrong falling back to earth falling a strong season. The Cavaliers are 3-5 (1-4 ACC) this season with conference losses to Louisville, Duke, Miami and Syracuse this season.

Pitt is 9-4 all-time against Virginia dating back to an inaugural 26-0 win back in 1953. Pitt has won six of the last eight matchups, including a 48-38 win over UVa last season at what-was-then Heinz Field to secure the ACC Coastal title. Kenny Pickett and Jordan Addison combined for four touchdowns in the key win.

The ACC Network’s broadcast crew will be announced at a later date.
