Nice blast of truth serum. I enjoyed the Dialogue. It is Happening elsewhere too as you guys point out. I am pretty sure Aggies fans and Sparties fans are concerned with W/L and Decommitments too. Asti pointed out these guys who transfer in “don’t suck” as suggested in the Comments to the articles. He’s right, these Athletes are largely the best player from their High School and P5 D1 competition is fierce. We are still Undefeated Top 5 in the Coaches Poll from 1 of the 65 Voters. 65 likely equates to all P5 plus Notre Dame. As for Minchey he’ll be fine, we’ll be fine. I would be hesitant as a Coach at the Group of 5 or FCS level to “audition” Freshmen and Sophomores in today’s circumstances with the Transfer Portal. JDart at Ole Miss, and JTDaniels at WVU are both getting flack from their fanbase as well as Slovis here. All three ex-USC QBs. Well said! It’s all changing and now it’s more important than ever to maintain a positive environment where players want to go. I’m not sure our new OC does that, but our defensive style really does. AD coming to train with the Panthers doesn’t hurt either, lol. Pitt really needs some energy on the offensive side! H2P!!!
