Pitt’s class of 2023 got some good news Thursday morning.
Rivals.com has elevated Isaiah Neal to a four-star recruit. The 6-foot-3, 270-pound defensive tackle from Baltimore, Maryland becomes Pitt’s first four-star recruit, per Rivals.
Pat Narduzzi and Charlie Partridge conducted an in-home visit with Neal and his family earlier this week.
Neal has been committed to Pitt since June, when he chose the Panthers over other offers from Boston College, Duke, Louisville, Kansas, Maryland, Michigan, Michigan State, Ole Miss, Northwestern, NC State, Ohio State, Rutgers , Syracuse, Virginia, Virginia Tech and West Virginia.
With the expected departure of Calijah Kancey to the NFL Draft and others to graduation, Neal will have the opportunity to make it on the field early and become part of the next wave of Charlie Partridge’s impact defensive lineman.
