Starting tomorrow, Pitt will be hosting two wide receivers that are currently in the transfer portal.
Former UNLV wide receiver Kyle Williams and Florida wide receiver Daejon Reynolds will make official visits to Pitt.
This past season, Williams caught 40 passes for 541 yards and five touchdowns, in 9 games. In 2021, Williams had 42 receptions for 601 yards and 2 touchdowns. As a freshman, the California native had 35 catches for 426 yards and 2 touchdowns in 6 games. With that performance, he was named Mountain West Freshman of the Year.
Williams will have two seasons of athletic eligibility remaining.
Reynolds is a former 4-star recruit in 2021 from Grayson High School in Georgia. The 6’2” wideout had a long list of offers including Arkansas, Auburn, Baylor, Florida State, Georgia, LSU, Miami, Michigan, Ole Miss, Mississippi State, Nebraska, North Carolina, Tennessee, Texas A&M, West Virginia and Wisconsin.
After playing in just one game in 2021, Reynolds caught 11 passes for 244 yards and 2 touchdowns in 2022.
