-2024 3-star safety Ryan Mack from St. Thomas Aquinas in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Holds offers from Florida St, Colorado, Maryland, Miami, Ole Miss, Penn State, South Carolina and Akron.
-2024 defensive end Mylachi Williams from Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Holds offers from Penn State, West Virginia, Temple and UConn.
-2024 athlete Guy Edmond Jr. from Cardinal Gibbons High School in Fort Lauderdale. This is Edmond’s first D-1 offer.
-2025 defensive lineman Trey Verdon from Hamilton, Ohio. This is Verdon’s first D-1 offer.

It’s an important weekend for Pitt football as the coaching staff hosts a number of local — and somewhat local — recruits for a Local Junior Day.

So, let’s take a look at some of the latest recruits who announced they’ll be at Pitt Saturday.

Michael Scott is a 2025 wide receiver from Dallastown Area High in Dallastown, Pennsylvania — the same school as 2023 signee Kenny Johnson. Scott (5-foot-8, 150 pounds) also holds an offer from Penn State.

Jaden Ball is a 2024 offensive lineman from Bloom-Carroll High in Carroll, Ohio. Ball (6-foot-4, 285 pounds) holds offers Akron, Ball State, Kentucky, Miami (Oh.) and USF.

Brady Kosin is a 2024 tight end from Clarkston High in Clarkston, Michigan. Kosin (6-foot-6, 225 pounds) also holds offers from Ball State, Bowling Green, Central Michigan, Indiana, Kansas, Kentucky, Miami (Oh.), Toledo and Western Michigan.

Ty Yuhas is a 2024 defensive lineman from Central Catholic High in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Yuhas (6-foot-4, 260 pounds) holds an offer from Kent State.
