Davis-Swain is a defensive lineman, who plays defensive end and defensive tackle, for West Bloomfield High School, in West Bloomfield, Mich., in the Detroit metro area. On his twitter bio, he also lists himself as a tight end, displaying his versatility on both sides of the ball.

Joining Pitt in his top 11 schools includes four Big Ten schools in Penn State, his local school in Michigan, Purdue and Wisconsin. The list also includes three SEC schools in Auburn, Tennessee and Kentucky, two Pac-12 schools in USC and Colorado and Notre Dame.

247sports ranks Davis-Swain as the No. 4 player in Michigan, the No. 12 defensive lineman in the nation and No. 91 overall recruit his class. Rivals ranks him as the No. 2 player in Michigan and the No. 4 strongside defensive end in the country.

Schools that missed out on his top 11 list includes Michigan State, Nebraska, West Virginia, Ole Miss, Louisville, Boston College, Iowa and more.

If Davis-Swain commits to Pitt, he would rank as the highest rated player in their Class of 2024. Pitt has four committed recruits in their class of 2024, which includes four-star wide receiver Ric’Darious “DayDay” Farmer, three-star defensive lineman Jahsear Whittington, running back Juelz Goff and Pittsburgh Central Catholic defensive lineman Ty Yuhas.
