Poll: What’s Been the Best Individual Pitt Men’s Basketball Storyline?

It’s onto to the second season for Jeff Capel and the Pitt men’s basketball team as they prepare for the ACC Tournament.

The Panthers open up play on Wednesday against either Florida State or Georgia Tech.

Pitt (21-10, 14-6 ACC) has been one of if not the biggest surprises in the ACC this season as the preseason predictions had them finishing near the bottom of the conference.

The biggest reason for the resurgence of Pitt basketball is the masterful additions that Capel and his basketball staff were able to add through the transfer portal.

The outside perception is that it’s just easy to add players through the portal but the real reason it worked for Pitt is that they added the right players with the perfect personalities and players that came to Pitt for one sole purpose: to win.

Pitt is hoping they have a lot of basketball left to play but now that we’re at the end of the regular season, we wanted to get your perspective on something.
