GREENSBORO, N.C. — On Friday afternoon, No. 11 Pitt led wire-to-wire and dominated No. 6 Iowa State in a Round of 64 victory, winning 59-41 over the Cyclones.
The Panthers held Iowa State to just 41 points, as TJ Otzelberger’s squad shot just 23% from the field and 10% from three (2 for 21).
