Javon Hammonds Jr. plans on making an official visit to Pitt.
Hammonds is a 2024 3-star defensive end from Wayne High School in Huber Heights, Ohio. Hammonds also announced that he’ll be using another one of his visits to West Virgina.

The 6’5″, 230-pound defensive end has an offer list from Pitt, West Virginia, Purdue, Michigan State, Indiana, Akron, Miami Ohio, Ball State, Bowling Green, Central Michigan, Kent State, Ohio U., Toledo and Western Michigan.
Hammonds made a recent trip to Pittsburgh on March 18 and April 1 to take in a Pitt scrimmage and on the most recent one, he received his offer from the Panthers.
The Ohio native has scheduled his official visit to Pitt on June 22-24.
