Pitt continues to attract top end talent to make unofficial visits prior to the start of official visit season in June.
Pittsburgh Sports Now has previously reported on 2024 3-star quarterbacks Henry Hasselbeck and Miles O’Neil traveling to Pittsburgh this week. O’Neil will be in town on Wednesday, while Hasselbeck will be here on Thursday.

Prior to those visits, another player that holds an offer from Pitt will check out the program and interact with the coaches.
Freshman athlete D’Antae Sheffey (6-foot-0, 190-pounds) from State College, Pa. will make an unofficial visit.
Sheffey was an All-State running back and a Max Preps Freshman All American last season as he rushed the ball 233 times for 1,725 yards and 24 touchdowns. He also collected over 300 pass receiving yards.
With that performance, Sheffey has already earned 10 D-1 offers: Pitt, UConn, Rutgers, Cincinnati, Syracuse, Kent State, Akron, Temple, Virginia Tech and Toledo. Sheffey received his offer from Pitt offensive line coach Dave Borbely back on January 17.
“Well, I have some family that live in the area and Pittsburgh is my father’s hometown, but I see a lot of good stuff happening with the Pitt program and stuff, so I just want to see what’s up,” Sheffey said.
Over the last two months, Sheffey has made unofficial visits to Oklahoma, Texas A&M, Syracuse, Cincinnati and Virginia Tech.
