Update (3:20 p.m.)-

Westinghouse Class of 2026 athlete Kyshawn Robinson received an offer from Akron on Tuesday. This is his second offer from a MAC school, with Toledo as his first offer from the a school in the conference. Robinson is a rising star and after just one season in high school ball, holds offers from Pitt, West Virginia, Syracuse, Nebraska, Texas A&M and UNLV.

Update (2:05 p.m.)-

Pitt women’s basketball offered Class of 2024 recruit Sydney Fenn on Monday. Fenn is a 6-foot-3 forward, plays for AZ Compass Prep School in Chandler, Ariz. and travel ball for XGen Elite. She holds offers from Canisius, UMass, St. Joe’s, Binghamton, Monmouth, St. Bonaventure, American, Vermont, Indiana and Penn. Pitt head coach Tory Verdi offered her while head coach of UMass and now with this Pitt offer, continues to give her interest at his new school.

**Along with receiving the big commitment from 2023 4-star forward Papa Kante, the Pitt basketball staff was active extending two offers. 2025 forward Silas Barksdale and 2025 shooting guard Jordan Scott both received offers from Jeff Capel. Barksdale (6’8″, 205-pounds) is from Woodside High School in Newport News, Virginia. Along with Pitt, Barksdale holds offers from Illinois, Tennessee, Seton Hall, VCU, Virginia Tech, St. Louis, Texas A&M, Richmond, Old Dominion and Mississippi State.

Scott (6’6″, 175-pounds) is from South Lakes High School in Reston, Virginia. Scott has received other offers from East Carolina, George Mason, Illinois, Iowa, Penn State and Washington.
