The ACC already has more Power 5 non-conference wins this regular season (8) than it had all of last regular season (7).

ACC’s record vs. P5 is 8-8 so far. Was 19-45 in regular-season games from 2019-22.

–Bad news for former Pitt cornerback Avonte Maddox.

#Eagles DB Avonte Maddox will have surgery this week to repair a torn pec, sources say after an MRI and additional opinions. The injury will keep him out indefinitely, potentially for the season.
