Central Valley Class of 2026 offensive lineman/defensive lineman Brendan Alexander received an offer from Akron on Thursday. Alexander holds numerous offers including ACC schools in Boston College, Duke, NC State, Pitt, as well as Central Michigan, Penn State and West Virginia.

Alexander, who stands at 6-foot-4, 280 pounds, made 72 tackles, 26 solo, eight tackles for loss, two sacks, 44 quarterback hurries, two interceptions and two forced fumbles in 2023. He excels on both sides of the line and is a difference maker for creating holes for running backs and time for quarterbacks at left tackle and a force at defensive tackle as well.

**Thursday morning, Pitt assistants TE and special teams coach Jacob Bronowski and OL Coach Jeremy Darveau extended an offer to freshman OL Peyton Miller from Anna, Texas. Miller (6’4″, 275-pounds), who was named a Max Preps 1st Team All American, holds other offers from Texas A&M, Houston, TCU, Tulsa, SMU, Texas State, Baylor and Nebraska.

**This morning, Tiquan Underwood extended an offer to 2026 DL/OL Carter Scruggs from Leesburg, Virginia. This becomes the 5th D-1 offer for the 6-foot-6, 275-pound Scruggs (West Virginia, Marshall, Liberty and Virginia Tech).

Update (9:54 AM)-
**This morning, 2025 3-star wide receiver Terrell Wilfong (West Orange, New Jersey) received an offer from Pitt. Wilfong (6’5″, 175) received the news from Ryan Manalac and Tiquan Underwood. Along with Pitt, Wilfong holds other Power Four offers from Boston College, California, Cincinnati, Penn State, Syracuse, Tennessee, West Virginia and Maryland.

Update (9:40 AM)-
**This morning, Randy Bates extends an offer to 2026 linebacker Andre Parker Jr. from Princeton High School in Cincinnati, Ohio. Parker holds other offers from Toledo, UMass, Akron and Kentucky.

Update (9:33 AM)-
**Pitt’s Jacob Bronowski extends an offer to 2026 athlete Donovan Webb from Frisco, Texas. Webb (6’0″, 175-pounds) has five other offers- Baylor, Texas Tech, Arkansas, North Texas and Texas State.

Update (9:24 AM)-
**The recruiting in the talent rich state of Texas continues as Jacob Bronowski extends an offer to 2026 4-star athlete Jalen Lott from Panther Creek High School in Frisco, Texas. Lott (6’0″, 165-pounds) is rated by Rivals as one of the Top 40 sophomores in the country. At this stage of his recruitment, Lott holds offers from Arizona, Arkansas, Baylor, Florida State, Houston, Miami, Michigan, Ole Miss, Missouri, Nebraska, Oklahoma, Oregon, SMU, TCU, Tennessee, Texas, Texas Tech and Wisconsin.

**Let’s get you caught up on a few Pitt offers from Wednesday night at we didn’t post.

–2025 DL Asaiah-Allan Hamond from Calvert Hall HS in Baltimore, Maryland. Hamond (6’7″, 270-pounds) holds other offers from West Virginia, Virginia Tech, South Carolina, Kent State and Charlotte. Hamond received the offer from Pitt assistant Lindsey Lamar.

–2027 OL/DL Jr. Saunders from Woodberry, Virginia. Saunders (6’5″, 290-pounds) received the news from Tiquan Underwood and holds two other Power Four offers- Virginia Tech and NC State.
