The prized recruit put Pitt in his top four on Feb. 6.
Prior to his decision, the 6-foot-3 pro style quarterback will stop at each school on unofficial visits. Zollers stopped at Missouri on March 20. His next visit will come with the Panthers on March 28, followed by Penn State on March 29 and Georgia on April 2.
Zollers has made several game day visits, including on October 14, 2023 to watch Pitt beat No. 14 Louisville and on September 9 to take in the Panthers against Cincinnati.
According to the On3 Industry Ranking, Zollers ranks as the top player in the state of Pennsylvania in 2025 and the third-ranked quarterback in the class.
During his junior season, Zollers completed 182 of 290 passes (63%), while tossing 2,917 yards, 37 touchdowns and two interceptions. He also added 431 yards on the ground and seven rushing scores.
Pitt has landed one commitment so far in the Class of 2025 and that came from Trevor Sommers, a defensive lineman from Fort Lauderdale, Fla.
The Panthers are making a strong push in the Class of 2025, hosting a crop of recruits this past weekend. Pitt is in the mix for a handful of prospects, including Kamare Williams, who put Pitt in his top seven last week.
