**Another offer from Pitt to a talented young wide receiver with this one going to 2026 WR Jerquaden Guilford from Fort Wayne, Indiana. Guilford holds other offers from Ohio State, Ball State, Kent State, Miami Fla., and Toledo.

Update (3:52 PM)- 

**Today Pitt WR coach JJ Laster extended an offer to 2027 wide receiver Jamier Brown from Huber Heights, Ohio. Brown also holds early offers from Ohio State, Michigan, Ball State, Indiana, Cincinnati, Eastern Michigan, Tennessee, Nebraska, Notre Dame, Purdue, Marshall, Toledo, Ball State and Penn State.

Update (3:43 PM)- 

**Congrats to McKeesport 2027 athlete Javien Robinson for receiving an offer from Duquesne football, which becomes his first D-1 offer.

Update (9:35 AM)- 

**Central Catholic 8th grader Chrys Black Jr. picked up his 3rd D-1 offer as his latest comes from Akron. Prior to the Zips, Black received offers from Syracuse and UNLV.

UPDATE, 9:30 a.m:

Blackhawk alum Marques Watson-Trent has been named a first-team preseason All-Sun Belt player by Athlon Sports.

Watson-Trent was an All-Sun Belt performer for Georgia Southern in each of the last two seasons. The redshirt senior linebacker recorded 114 tackles, 5.5 tackles for loss and one sack in 2022. He then upped the ante with 122 tackles, 13 tackles for loss, 3.5 sacks and two interceptions last season.

UPDATE, 8:30 a.m: 

A pair of Aliquippa underclassmen will be attending Ohio State camp, Class of 2027 cornerback Larry Moon III and Class of 2027 running back Sa’Nir Brooks both announced early on Wednesday that they’ll be competing at camp with the Buckeyes.

Brooks has offers from Akron and Miami (Ohio). Moon is one of the most sought-after players in the class, with a recent offer from Notre Dame adding to his collection that includes Pitt, Penn State, West Virginia, Michigan, Wisconsin, Tennessee, Miami, LSU, USC, Michigan State, Nebraska, South Carolina, Maryland, Syracuse, Kentucky, North Carolina, Minnesota, UCF and Kansas.

UPDATE, 7 a.m:

Lawrence “Jay” Timmons, the son of the former Pittsburgh Steelers linebacker, earned his first Division-I scholarship on Monday. Timmons is a wide receiver and cornerback for Pine-Richland High School in the Class of 2026. Timmons earned his first D-I offer when Joe Moorhead at Akron extended an offer.

Timmons was at WVU for a camp over the weekend, where he reported a 4.4-second 40-yard dash. The rising junior is 5-foot-11, 175 pounds.
