Primary Position(s): Defensive end/Edge

Class: 2026

Heigh: 6-foot-3 Weight: 235 pounds

Twitter: willkigorman

Other sports? Run track and will be on Imani’s basketball team next year

Favorite hobby outside of football? Building computers. I like doing a lot of stuff with technology

Favorite type of music or artist to get you ready for a game? Rock & Roll

Pregame routines/superstitions? Always make sure I stretch and properly prepare myself for the game mentally and physically. I always make sure to pray before my games

Favorite pregame meal? Bacon Cheeseburger

Favorite NFL player to watch? Brian Burns

Something people don’t know about you that they would be surprised to know? Most people probably don’t know how young I am. I’m only 15.

Favorite high school football moment so far? My sacks

Biggest mentor and why? My dad. He’s been with me through this whole process. He’s always there to give me guidance whether that’s on the field, in the classroom or life in general

Describe yourself on the field? My most valuable trait is my motor. I see myself as a really relentless player, especially when the fourth quarter comes.

What are your goals this offseason? Trying to get a lot faster and be able to move my body a lot better and be able to almost float like water as an edge rusher

Offers? Akron, Troy, UNLV, Hampton, Miami (Oh.)

Camp schedule this summer? So far, I’ve went to Penn State’s camp, Maryland, Pitt and West Virginia

What’s this recruiting process been like for you? It’s new to me. I’m still getting used to it. My dad and my coach have been with me every step of the way and they’ve really been helping a lot.

Coach Talk

“Will is an explosive defensive lineman. He gets up the field well and plays with good pad level. He has an outstanding get-off. He’s a guy that can rush from all different spots. Will’s a guy that can play defensive tackle, he plays d-end and he can also play some one technique. We rotate him on the defensive line and he’s grasping that. Him being a four-tool lineman and being able to rush from different spots is an advantage. He’s only 15 learning all of this, so the sky is the limit when it comes to his talent.”           — Imani head coach LaRoi Johnson

Gorman certainly plays with a relentless style off the edge. He often finds himself absorbing contact off the line and working his way into the backfield. Big-time disruptor. His long wingspan allows him to wrap up players. More developing and growth can turn him into a serious D-1 target.
