Pitt guard Jaland Lowe has the chance to become one of the top guards in the league this season.

Lowe, as a freshman, averaged 9.3 points and 3.3 assists per game. He shot 39% from the field. Lowe shot 35% from three-point range and 86% from the free-throw stripe as a rookie.

Now, preparing for his sophomore campaign, Lowe is competing in an NBA elite camp hosted by pro player Chris Paul.

Paul’s elite camp is invitation-only, as just 15 college players are competing in the event. RJ Davis and Elliot Cadeau from North Carolina, as well as Sion James and Tyrese Proctor, were also invited from the ACC. In addition, Paul invited former Panther Dior Johnson to compete in the camp. Johnson recently committed to UCF to play for head coach Johnny Dawkins.
