Coach Talk

“He’s a great lineman and a good leader of our lineman group. He does a great job of working out in the weight room and getting prepared. He’s athletic, he’s intense, he’s quick off the ball and moves really well for a big man. He’s very easygoing and fun to be around.”   — Avonworth head coach Duke Johncour.

Engelmore is a physical tackle that does a tremendous job maintaining the pocket in pass protection. Great awareness and quickness to switch off of defenders. When it comes to run blocking, Engelmore makes his presence known and creates space for his running backs. His speed allows him to also block downfield.
