UPDATE, 8 AM: Western Pennsylvania native Bridget Williams competed in the Olympics in the pole vault competition on Monday. However, she could not clear the 4.55 meter mark.

UPDATE, 7 AM: The 2024 Summer Olympics in Paris, France are in full swing, with the US tied for the gold medal lead (19) entering Monday morning. America has been impressed with many sports, including men’s and women’s swimming, men’s and women’s track & field, men’s and women’s gymnastics, etc.
The Pitt football team was asked what they most liked to watch this summer. And the answers weren’t all that surprising.
