PITTSBURGH — It was a light day Friday in preparation for a big first this summer: a weekend scrimmage.
“Just getting ready for a scrimmage, got a lot to prove,” Pat Narduzzi said before practice. “Each guy has gotta go out there and do their thing … But we’ll be out here, everybody’s got something to prove, every unit has something to prove and obviously this team has something to prove.”
It was a misty morning in shells, but there was still work to be done.
