PITTSBURGH — With a backdrop of Acrisure Stadium behind them, the four new team captains spoke to the media following the announcement during the 2024 Pitt Football Kickoff Luncheon.
Gavin Bartholomew, Konata Mumpfield, Branson Taylor and Brandon George talked about the honor of being voted a team captain by their teammates, expectations for the upcoming season and what it means to be a leader.
Pitt is kicking off the new season in just eight days at Acrisure Stadium, hosting Kent State next Saturday.
