WATCH: Pat Narduzzi Revisits Kent State Win

PITTSBURGH — Pitt football head coach Pat Narduzzi took to the podium on the South Side Monday afternoon to revisit the season-opening win over Kent State.

Moments before he spoke with the media, an updated depth chart was released and several “ORs” were removed.

The biggest “OR” that was erased was that between quarterbacks Eli Holstein and Nate Yarnell. Thus, solidifying that Holstein will be the starter moving forward.

Narduzzi went into detail on Holstein’s performance that warranted him taking sole possession of QB1.

Additionally, the 10th-year head coach expressed what he liked about the offense and the limited number of procedure penalties.

Defensively, Narduzzi touched on what impressed him and then the areas that need cleaned up, such as penalties, missed coverages and tackling.
