Die-Hards: Pitt Snap Counts in Win Against Kent State

Pitt wasn’t perfect in a season-opening win against Kent State, but the Panthers showed flashes in a win that covered a lofty spread. And quite a few Panthers were able to get into the action.

For reference, here’s how the abbreviations work out. PASS means passing snaps, RUN means rushing snaps, RBLK means run blocking snaps, PBLK means pass blocking snaps, RDEF means rush defense snaps, PRSH means pass rushing snaps and COV means pass coverage snaps.

Pitt ran 83 offensive snaps and 69 defensive snaps Saturday against Kent State. A “**” designation shows that a player started against Kent State.

Here are the snap counts from Saturday, courtesy of PFF.
