UPDATE, 7 AM: Pitt legend Bill Fralic is one of the 183 senior players nominated for the Pro Football Hall of Fame class of 2025.
To be eligible for the “senior” classification, a player must have played a full 25 seasons ago, with at least five years of service and at least one postseason honor.
Fralic, who starred at Pitt from 1981-84 and was selected second overall in the 1985 NFL Draft, played for the Atlanta Falcons from 1985-92 and Detroit Lions in 1993. He was a four-time Pro Bowler, two-time first-team All-Pro, one-time second-team All-Pro and a member of the NFL 1980s All-Decade team.
