Die-Hards: 4-Star Pitt Commit Elijah Doston Talks LSU Offer

Pitt defensive back target Elijah Dotson.

Archie Collins and the Pitt football program did a tremendous job of landing four-star cornerback Elijah Dotson earlier this year, beating out Michigan, Michigan State, Penn State and Tennessee in the process.

But they knew then and have been reminded a couple of times in the last few weeks that it will be a battle to keep Dotson committed through National Signing Day in December.

Today, Dotson announced that he’s picked up an offer from Brian Kelly and LSU. Prior to his team practice this afternoon, PSN spoke with Dotson about the LSU offer and how it could change his commitment to Pitt.
