HOPEWELL TWP- WPIAL history was made at Tony Dorsett Stadium in Hopewell’s game against Quaker Valley.
Others in the WPIAL might get more attention but there isn’t a better kicker in the WPIAL or maybe in the state than Hopewell’s Rocco Marcantonio.
Tonight, the junior boomed a 56-yard FG to set a new WPIAL. By the way, the kick would’ve been good from 60 yards.
Earlier this season, Marcantonio connected on one from 49-yards.
