PITTSBURGH — Pitt football head coach Pat Narduzzi met with the media one final time before the Panthers’ matchup with No. 20 Clemson.
Pitt is coming off its second loss of the season against Virginia, 24-19, as the Panthers move to 7-2 on the year.
The Panthers lost starting quarterback Eli Holstein in the third quarter against the Cavaliers and Narduzzi addressed the status of his starting signal caller.
Narduzzi touched on Pitt’s struggles against Virginia and what the team has worked on in practice to eradicate the mistakes that occurred. He also talked about dealing with the mounting injuries, especially on the offensive line
The tenth-year coach also discussed the challenges the Panthers will face on Saturday against the Clemson Tigers.
