PITTSBURGH — Pitt men’s basketball completed an undefeated five-game homestand to start the season after dismantling VMI, 93-48, at the Petersen Events Center thanks in large part to a Jaland Lowe triple-double.

Lowe becomes the sixth player in Pitt history to post a triple-double as he scored 11 points, grabbed 10 rebounds and dished out 10 assists.

The last three assist from Lowe found Jorge Diaz Graham, who hit all three shots from outside the arc. In just eight minutes of work off the bench Diaz Graham scored 12 points, going 4-of-4 from 3-point range.

Pitt improves to 5-0 on the season as it will now shift its focus towards the Greenbrier Tip-Off Tournament. Game 1 is set against LSU for Friday at 2:30 p.m. The second game with be either against Wisconsin or UCF on Sunday, Nov. 24.
