With the 2024 high school football seasons wrapping up and National Signing Day in the horizon, national recruiting websites are busy reevaluating recruits.
Over the last couple of weeks, recruiting evaluators at Rivals, 247Sports and On3 have been working on making their final grade of players in the class of 2025.

While a majority of the players star rating remains the same, some have had their recruiting profile increased due to a strong senior season.
That was the case today with a member of the Pitt class of 2025.
Wide receiver Damarion Fowlkes from Good Counsel High School in Olney, Md. found out today that On3 has raised him to a four-star recruit. Last month, the 5-foot-10, 175-pound wideout received an upgrade from the scouts at 247Sports, who currently rate Fowlkes as one of the top 200 players and the No. 22 wide receiver in the Class of 2025
Fowlkes committed to Pitt back in June, while also holding other offers from Boston College, Indiana, Virginia Tech, Wake Forest and West Virginia.
“Him coming from the school coach Kade came from and knowing that offense, he really explained it to me well,” Fowlkes told Pittsburgh Sports Now. “We sat down and watched a little bit of his film and he showed me the ins and outs of the offense, and it really just opened my mind and blew my mind how great that offense works.”

Fowlkes is an electrifying player with tremendous breakaway speed and has displayed big play ability throughout his high school career. This season, DaMarion has also developed into an elite punt returner as he’s scored five touchdowns on the season.
Fowlkes is currently one of five wide receiver commits, with the others being 3-star Bryce Yates (Chesterfield, Virginia), 3-star Tony Kinsler (Port Orange, Florida), 3-star Emmanuel Taylor (Virginia Beach, Virginia) and 3-star Kha’leal Sterling (Miami, Florida).
His film looks good. Hopefully Kenny Johnson will still be with us, so #2 will be taken, hopefully.
