Lowe, Leggett Lead Pitt to Impressive Victory Over LSU, 74-63
The Panthers’ returning guard duo of Jaland Lowe and Ishmael Leggett led the way in the win, with Cam Corhen and Zack Austin also playing big roles in the victory. Guard Damian Dunn fouled out of the contest after playing just 12 minutes, but the Panthers, with Austin and Beebah Cummings coming off the bench, were able to survive without one of their leading scorers.
With the win, Pitt moves to 6-0 on the season. The Panthers will now play against the winner of UCF Vs. Wisconsin on Sunday at 5:30 p.m., once again at The Greenbrier. The Tigers will now play at 3 p.m. on Sunday in the third-place game against the loser of UCF Vs. Wisconsin.
