Die-Hards: Local Recruits with Offers from Pitt Football

With just one regular season game remaining in the 2024 college football season, recruiting will be the main storyline for the Pitt Panthers over the next few months.

Just as important as securing their Class of 2025 for Pitt will be working on the upcoming Class of 2026.

The latest offer to one of those players took place Sunday night as Cory Sanders and Pitt extended an offer to Pine-Richland 2026 3-star defensive back Lawrence “Jay” Timmons.

Timmons is just one of a number of WPIAL prospects in the Class of 2026 and 2027 that have received an offer from their hometown team.
