Pitt’s need to improve their offensive line for next season and into the future is no secret.

The season-ending injury to offensive tackle Branson Taylor along with week-to-week injuries to Ryan Jacoby and others have negatively impacted starting quarterback Eli Holstein along with the entire Panthers offense.

The off-season priority will be to not only develop current players on the roster but also to add others through the transfer portal.

Today, the Pitt staff quickly extended an offer to a big offensive lineman who just today announced his intentions to transfer.

Pitt was able to react so quickly with an offer because of his familiarity with a member of the Pitt staff.
