PITTSBURGH — Pitt volleyball head coach Dan Fisher, outside hitter Torrey Stafford and libero Emmy Klika spoke with the media Wednesday morning to discuss the upcoming matchup against Oregon in the Sweet 16 of the NCAA Tournament.

Pitt entered the NCAA Tournament as the No. 1 overall seed for the first time in program history and dispatched its first two opponents, Morehead State and Oklahoma, via sweeps at the Petersen Events Center.
With the win over Oklahoma, the Panthers punched their ticket for their fifth-straight semifinals appearance.
The Panthers will take on Oregon, who defeated High Point (3-0) and then TCU (3-1) in the opening two rounds of the tournament. Pitt swept Oregon to open the season back in August. The Sweet 16 matchup is set for 3:30 p.m. on Thursday.
Pitt (31-1) claimed the outright ACC Championship this season for the third time in program history. Stafford earned earned All-ACC First Team honors, while Klika was named to the second team. Fisher brought home the ACC Coach of the Year award.
