PITTSBURGH — Pitt volleyball head coach Dan Fisher, Olivia Babcock and Bre Kelley spoke following the Panthers’ Elite Eight sweep over Kentucky at the Petersen Events Center Saturday Evening.
Pitt will make its fourth-straight final four appearance as the top-seeded Panthers took set one 25-22 before heading into a tough second set in which they trailed 6-1 early and eventually 22-16 before rallying off a 9-1 run to clinch the set. Pitt would then win the third set 25-17.
Kentucky head coach Craig Skinner, Brooke Bultema and Molly Tuozzo also spoke about the Wildcats’ effort and 2024 season.
