Die-Hards: Transfers That Are Visiting Pitt Football

Since Dec. 9, the Pitt Panthers have seen 16 players enter the NCAA Transfer Portal. Keep in mind, that for some of these players that decision was made for them, while others decided to leave on their own.

That number seems high but in reality, really only three, maybe four of the transfers would be considered surprises or real losses.

However, with the defections, Pat Narduzzi and his coaches will need to replace some of these players in order to improve either their starting lineup or the depth on the roster.

That process will begin today as Pitt will start hosting players currently in the portal on official visits.
