**More recruiting in the WPIAL for WVu as they stop to see Central Catholic 2026 3-star LB Colsen Gatten, who has 15+ offers.

UPDATE: 2:45 PM 

**Pitt is the latest school to extend an offer to 2027 athlete James Pace. Pace (6-foot-4, 225 pounds) is a rising junior at DeMatha Catholic in Hyattsville, Md. who holds offers from Miami, USF, Syracuse, Temple, Virginia Tech, Marshall, Maryland, Penn State and Florida.

Update (1:22 PM)-
**A big day for Imani Christian 2027 DE Da’Juan Craighead as he receives his first two D-1 offers and they come from Duke and West Virginia. Craighead is 6’3″, 205-pounds and is the latest prospect from Imani Christian to receive a Power 4 offer.

Update (12:47 PM)-
**This afternoon, Pitt extends an offer to 2027 tight end JT Geraci from Don Bosco Prep in Ramsey, New Jersey. Geraci was in Pittsburgh last weekend for Pitt’s Junior Day. Along with Pitt, Geraci (6’5″, 230-pounds) holds offers from Boston College, Syracuse and Virginia Tech.

Update (12:38 PM)-
**This afternoon, Central Catholic 3-star OLB Ashton Blatt received a visit from Alabama. Blatt (6’4″, 230-pounds) received an offer on Thursday from Wisconsin and holds other offers from Duke, Eastern Michigan, Michigan State, Syracuse, Toledo, West Virginia and Wisconsin.

Update (10:58 AM)-
**The latest D-1 offer for Pine-Richland 2026 defensive back Jay Timmons comes from Buffalo. Timmons holds other offers Sacramento State, South Florida, Pitt, Syracuse, Temple, Buffalo, Toledo, West Virginia, Eastern Michigan, Akron.

Update (10:47 AM)-
**Florida is always a busy recruiting territory for Pitt and this morning, WR coach JJ Laster extended an offer to 2026 wide receiver Gary Hadley, Jr. from Pompano Beach, Florida. Hadley is 6’3″, 185-pounds and holds other offers from Missouri, Eastern Michigan, Appalachian State and Temple. Hadley played both wide receiver and quarterback in 2024, completing 33 of his 44 passes for 381 yards for 4 touchdowns. He also rushed for 392 yards and 4 touchdowns, while also catching 30 passes for 740 yards and 4 touchdowns.

**On Thursday, Pitt OL Coach Jeremy Darveau extended an offer to 2026 offensive tackle Wilson Zierer from Rabun Gap, Georgia. Zierer holds other offers from Central Florida and Georgia Southern. Zierer is 6’6″, 280-pounds and attends Rabun Gap Nacoochee High School.

Update (10:27 AM)-
**This morning, the WVU football staff was in Western Pennsylvania as they made a visit to Central Valley High School to check in on 2026 3-star offensive lineman Brendan Alexander. At this stage of his recruitment, Alexander has offers from Akron, Boston College, Bowling Green, Central Michigan Duke, Marshall, Miami Ohio, Michigan State, NC State, Penn State, Pitt, Stanford, South Florida, West Virginia and Wisconsin.
