**TCU commit Brock Boyd picked up an offer from tight ends coach Jacob Bronowski and the Pitt Panthers. Boyd (6-foot-1, 165 pounds) has offers from Arizona, Baylor, Boston College, Houston, Illinois, Mississippi State, Nebraska, Oklahoma, Ole Miss, Oregon, SMU, Texas Tech, Tulane, UTSA and Vanderbilt.

He’s the teammate of Pitt quarterback commit Angelo Renda at Southlake Carroll in Texas.

**Pitt offered 2026 four-star interior offensive lineman George Williams Haseotes from the Community School of Naples in Florida on Thursday. Haseotes (6-foot-3, 280 pounds) also holds offers from Arizona, Arizona State, Auburn, Colorado, Florida, Florida State, Georgia, Georgia Tech, Illinois, Kentucky, Louisville, Miami, Michigan State, Missouri, Notre Dame, Stanford, Texas A&M, UCF, USF, Vanderbilt and Virginia Tech.

**Pitt extended the latest offer to 2026 athlete Carl Jean-Bart from Davenport High in Florida on Thursday afternoon. Jean-Bart also holds offers from FAU and Wake Forest.

**Pitt extended an offer to 2026 linebacker Jiah Walls from Evans High in Orlando, Fla. Walls (6-foot-3, 205 pounds) also holds offers from USF and Wake Forest, which arrived in the last couple of weeks.

Update (4:15 PM)- 

**Akron continues to unleash offers to Western Pennsylvania prospects. Lincoln Hoke — a 2026 defensive tackle from North Allegheny — earned an offer from Ryan Matviko and the Zips. Hoke now holds offers from Akron and Penn.

Bishop Canevin 2027 offensive lineman Charles Butler lands his first Division I offer from Akron on Thursday. The 6-foot-6, 305-pounder earned First Team All-Conference recognition as a sophomore and his recruitment will be one to watch over the next year.

Update (4:00 PM)- 

**Another Power 4 offer is in to the WPIAL as Pine-Richland defensive back Lawrence ‘Jay’ Timmons adds an offer from Iowa State. The three-star 2026 prospect is now up to 13 Division I offers that include Pitt, West Virginia, Iowa State, Syracuse, Indiana, Temple, Toledo, Eastern Michigan, Akron, USF, Delaware, Buffalo and Sacramento State.

Update (3:30 PM)-

**Peters Township 2026 prospect Nolan DiLucia adds his second D-I offer in as many days as he picks up an Ivy League offer from Yale on Thursday. The 6-2 quarterback/safety prospect now owns offers from Yale, Fordham and Miami (OH).

**For the second time today, Central Catholic 2027 offensive tackle Jimmy Kalis receives a major Power 4 offer. This morning, UCLA offered and now Kalis picks up an offer from Nebraska.

*For the second time today, a player from Central Catholic HS receives an offer from UCLA. First it was 2027 offensive tackle Jimmy Kalis and now it’s 2026 DE/LB Ashton Blatt. These players received the offer from former Central Catholic QB and current UCLA offensive coordinator Tino Sunseri.

Update (2:36 PM)-

**Pitt extends an offer today to 2027 4-star cornerback Ashton Alston from Cincinnati, Ohio. Rivals ranks Alston as the No. 49 sophomore in the country with an offer list of Arkansas, Cincinnati, Duke, Georgia Tech, Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Maryland, Michigan, Michigan State, Missouri, Oregon, Tennessee, WVU and Wisconsin. Alston received the offer from Archie Collins and Tim Daoust.

Update (2:24 PM)- 

**Archie Collins made an in-home visit today to see 2026 4-star cornerback Blake Stewart from College Park, Georgia. Rivals ranks Stewart as the No. 91 overall player in the Class of 2026. Currently, Stewart holds offers from Pitt, Clemson, Duke, Florida, Georgia, Georgia Tech, Indiana, Miami, Michigan, Michigan State, Nebraska, North Carolina, NC State, SMU and Texas.

Update (2:07 PM)- 

**Pitt has extended an offer to 2028 quarterback Drew Sheridan from Dearborn, Michigan. Sheridan becomes the second 2028 quarterback to receive a Pitt offer, with Hopewell’s James Armstrong being the first.

Update (11:44 PM)-
**UCLA football doesn’t recruit Western Pennsylvania very often but this morning, the Bruins extended an offer to one of the top young players in the WPIAL. UCLA extended an offer to Central Catholic 2027 blue-chip offensive lineman Jimmy Kalis.

Update (9:32 AM)- 

**Akron’s heavy recruiting in the WPIAL continues as this morning they extend an offer to 2026 defensive back Jayden Revis from Moon High School. This becomes the second D-1 offer for Revis with the first coming from Temple.
