WATCH: 1-on-1 With Robert Morris AD Chris King Prior to Horizon League Championship

INDIANAPOLIS — Robert Morris athletic director Chris King spoke with Adam Borst of Pittsburgh Sports Now prior to the Horizon League Championship game against Youngstown State. King talked about the excitement of being in Indianapolis, the bounce back from Andy Toole after joining the league and the success of the women’s basketball team under first-year head coach Chandler McCabe.

King was hired as the Colonials’ athletic director in the summer of 2019 meaning he was overseeing the last Robert Morris squad to punch their ticket to the NCAA Tournament. Unfortunately, King never got to see how that played out due to the tournament being cancelled because of the COVID-19 pandemic.
