WATCH: Sights and Sounds of the Robert Morris Horizon League Championship Win

INDIANAPOLIS — Robert Morris defeated the Youngstown State Penguins by the score of 89-78 to clinch its first ever Horizon League Championship. With the win, the Colonials clinched their first ever Horizon League championship and are going dancing in March Madness for the ninth time in program history.

After jumping out to an 11-0 lead, the Colonials never looked back as they led the Penguins from wire-to-wire in the title match. While the Penguins made pushes and got as close as two points down in the second half, the Colonials did what they showed all season which was pull away in the final minutes to win their 16th game out of their last 17 contests.

Now, Robert Morris awaits Selection Sunday to figure out who, when and where they play in the opening round of the 2025 NCAA Tournament.
