Latest Bracketology on Robert Morris Basketball

Following its Horizon League Championship, the Robert Morris men’s basketball team has a much deserved few days off.
Next up for the Colonials will be playing in the NCAA Men’s Basketball Tournament for the first time since 2015.
Until then the team will rest, go through light workouts and speculate on what seed Andy Toole’s team will get and who they’ll play in the first round.
Prior to these conference tournaments, all the National Bracketology experts had Robert Morris penciled in as one of the high No. 15 seeds.
However, thanks to a handful of No. 1 seeds being bounced from their respective tournaments, the outlook has changed a bit for Bobby Mo.
Instead of being a consensus No. 15 seed, some are now making the Colonials a 14 seed.
In fact, ESPN’s Joe Lunardi and Jerry Palm from CBS Sports, two of the top bracketologists, are leading the charge of Robert Morris as a 14 seed.
Today, Lunardi projects Robert Morris to take on No. 3 Kentucky in Milwaukee while Palm forecasts them to take on No. 3 seed Iowa State in Milwaukee.
The interesting aspect of potentially receiving a No. 14 seed is that it seems to have changed where Robert Morris could play.
The popular destination for Robert Morris to play as a 15th seed was in Cleveland. Now the talk seems to center around Milwaukee.
Since the field expanded to 64 teams, the highest selection Robert Morris has ever received has been as a 15th seed.
