**Congrats to 2027 OL James Shalter from Central Catholic High School. Today, Shalter received an offer from Boston College, which becomes his first D-1 offer.

**Today, Pitt extends an offer to 2026 3-star linebacker Jordan Moreta from Paramus, New Jersey. Back in February, Moreta verbally committed to NC State.

**Pitt extended an offer today to 2026 3-star OL Pete Eglitis from Columbus, Ohio. Eglitis (6’7”, 270-pounds) received the offer while being at Pitt’s practice today. Eglitis holds offers from Akron, Bowling Green, Eastern Michigan, Iowa State, Kent State, James Madison, Kentucky, Liberty, Miami Ohio, Missouri, Ohio, Toledo and Western Michigan.

**While making an unofficial visit this morning, 2027 defensive end Mekai Brown received an offer from Pat Narduzzi and Pitt. Brown is 6’7”, 215-pounds and is from Greenwich, Connecticut.

Update (2:35 PM)- 

**While visiting on Friday, 2026 athlete Jack Lansing III received an offer from Pitt, which becomes his first D-1 offer. Lansing is from Hartland, Michigan.

**On Friday, 2026 DE/DT Angelo Pugliano made an unofficial visit to James Madison. Pugliano (6’2”, 280-pounds) holds offers from Cornell, Eastern Michigan and Miami Ohio.

Update (10:23 AM)-
**Pitt received an offer from a big-time recruit on Friday. 2026 4-star tight end Lincoln Watkins from Port Huron, Michigan made an unofficial visit to Pitt. Watkins (6’4″, 228-pounds) is rated by Rivals.com as one of the Top 5 junior prospects in Michigan and one of the Top 15 tight ends in the country. Watkins holds offers from Arizona State, Boston College, Duke, Illinois, Kansas, Louisville, Maryland, Miami, Minnesota, Nebraska, Northwestern, NC State, Oregon, Penn State, Purdue, West Virginia and Wisconsin.

**Friday was a big day for Freshman running back Booker Jones from Tallahassee, Florida as he received his first D-1 offer from the Pitt Panthers.
