Pitt Transfer Target Releases Top Six: Is Pitt In?

One of the players that the Pitt basketball staff contacted since the transfer portal opened has narrowed his recruitment.
Jamichael Stillwell out of Milwaukee decided to trim his list down to six schools this week. The following schools made the list: Oklahoma, West Virginia, UCF, Memphis, Virginia, and Xavier.
This was Stillwell’s first season at Milwaukee, coming from Butler County Community College in Kansas. He is an Atlanta, Georgia native, whose nickname is “Mr. Stand On Business,” according to the Milwaukee basketball roster. Stillwell played high-school ball at Elevation Prep.
This season, Stillwell posted a 19-rebound game against Green Bay, as well as a 26-point game against Robert Morris. He averaged 28 minutes per game and shot 29% from three-point range, making 20 threes on the season. Stillwell blocked 12 shots and had 40 steals on the year, while scoring in double figures 26 times.
Sam Kayser first reported that he had received interest from the following schools after entering the portal: Ole Miss, Pitt, Mississippi State, Loyola Marymount, Kansas State, Iowa State, Illinois, Georgia, Georgia Tech, George Washington, Florida State, DePaul, Dayton, Colorado, Cincinnati, BYU, Butler, and others.

Nojus Indrusaitis out of Iowa State is currently on a visit to Pitt.
Indrusaitis averaged just 2.1 points per game in his rookie season, playing a minimal role for the Cyclones. However, he was a highly-touted recruit just one season ago.
Indrusaitis, who spent his high-school years in the Chicago area, was ranked as the No. 96 player and a four-star prospect in the class of 2024 before going to Iowa State. He played for Meanstreets EYBL and also competed for Saint Rita High School in Chicago before going to Brewster Academy.
Indrusaitis is the first known visitor of the spring for Pitt, who is looking to fill practically an entire rotation. The Panthers lost Jaland Lowe to the transfer portal just one day ago, and have also lost Amsal Delalic, both Diaz Graham twins, and Marlon Barnes Jr. so far.
