WATCH: Pitt LBs Jeremiah Marcelin, Cameron Lindsey Talk Increased Roles

PITTSBURGH — Pitt football is nearing the end of Week 4 of spring camp on the South Side.
With the third scrimmage on Friday nearing, Pitt players are working to meet their goals before camp is all said and done.
Two young linebackers looking to leave their marks are sophomore Jeremiah Marcelin and redshirt junior Cameron Lindsey as they prepare to take on increased roles in the Panthers’ defense this season.
Both Marcelin and Lindsey spoke with the media Thursday about their offseason work and where they are fitting into the linebacker unit right now.
Sophomore tight end Malachi Thomas also met with the media on Thursday to detail his work and where he is in terms of progress as a pass catcher and blocker. Thomas is projected as the No. 2 tight end right now behind Jake Overman.
