Die-Hards: More Pitt Portal Drama Coming?

The more and more you talk to people about college sports, the more you continue to hear how they’re hating the sport with the direction it’s currently taking.

NIL, transfer portal, contracts, other teams actively poaching players from other teams’ rosters.

While it might be good for the players to profit from the million-dollar business, it’s awful for the fans of most programs because you literally don’t know who will be on your teams’ roster for the upcoming season.

For the Pitt fans that are disenchanted with the current climate of sports, I hope they realize that this is an epidemic in the sport, not a Pitt thing.

Now that I’m off my soapbox, my reason for ranting is because of some rumors that have been circulating over the last 24 hours regarding the Pitt football program.

While I’m not going to go into full detail because they are just rumors, here’s what I’ll share.
